2P1 How do you design and operate the key non-instructional processes (e.g., athletics, research, community enrichment, economic development, alumni affairs, etc.) through which you serve significant stakeholder groups?
Many of the non-instructional processes are in place and have been for several years. The design of these existing programs (athletics, alumni affairs) is in place.
The operations of key non-instructional processes are subject to ongoing reviews which may lead to operational changes/improvements. Reviews may be implemented by governing agency policies or internal college mandates.
Additional key non-instructional programs may be requested by external stakeholders within the community and service area. Processes in place to research and determine the college's ability to respond to the need include required resources, opportunities to increase enrollment, support of college mission, and ability to respond at the necessary standard required to meet the need.
